Net 30 is the standard payment term for B2B transactions. Your wholesale accounts expect to receive an invoice and pay within 30 days — not to enter a card at checkout like a retail customer. Shopify Plus includes native net payment terms, but standard plan merchants can replicate the experience using conditional payment rules.
How Net 30 Works on Standard Shopify Plans
Without Plus, ‘Net 30’ is implemented as a manual payment method in Shopify (Settings > Payments > Manual payment methods). You create a method called ‘Net 30 — Invoice’ with payment instructions (bank details, payment deadline). The method appears at checkout like any other option.
The problem: this method appears to all customers, including retail. You only want wholesale accounts to see it.
Restricting Net 30 to Wholesale Customers with Paymod

Step 1 — Create the manual payment method
